Relentless Back Aches

Do you wake up with a backache daily? Do you grimace in pain when you stand up in the wake of a monotonous day in front of the computer?

Numerous situations could lead to back pain. They include pregnancy, physical trauma, athletic injuries, poor physical fitness, improper posture and even feeble muscular strength.

Back pain can ruin your quality of life. Here are some suggestions that could help you find relief:

  • The application of either ice or heat to sore back muscles can greatly relieve pain.
  • Use ice for about 10 to 20 minutes by putting a wet towel between an ice pack and your body.
  • Slight backward or forward bends can help reduce back pain. On the off chance that the exercise you carry out diminishes your pain, repeat this exercise two times per week for about 15 minutes.
  • Practice good posture.
  • Maintain a healthy weight.
  • Do physical exercises such as side plank, riding a stationary bike, swimming and walking.
  • Engage in relaxation exercises such as yoga, breathing and meditation techniques for back pain.
