Located in the United Arab Emirates, it is common to think that it’s probably just sun and sand but there really is so much more in Dubai. It boasts the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa and also a man-made island in the shape of a palm!

Here’re a few places to check out in Dubai on your next trip there.

If you are a fan of The Little Mermaid and fancy ‘sleeping with the fishes’, do check into the Poseidon and Neptune Underwater Suites at Atlantis, The Palm. Since sun and sand are in great abundance in Dubai, it makes sense to just enjoy it. Located just a stone’s throw away form the Burj Al Arab is Jumeirah Beach which is one of Dubai’s best beaches. Revel at the beauty of the turquoise waters of the Persian Gulf and try out the water sports readily available there. There is also a children’s playground and picnic areas for families to enjoy as well.
