If you’ve been making healthier food choices when it comes to your main dish, kudos! It’s definitely a big step to a healthier life. How about your side dishes though?
Sometimes, we focus too much on the main dish that we forget about the nutritional benefits of our side dishes. For example, choosing roasted over fried chicken is great but
pairing it with deep-fried potatoes wedges drenched with sodium-rich cheese sauce will defeat the purpose of a healthy main dish.
