Healthy snacking

You’ve got your main meals planned out for the day but what happens when your stomach starts growling mid-day?

For most of us, we turn to snacking to fill our tummy until it is time for the next meal. Though, snacking can get tricky sometimes and you’ll end up regretting that you picked up that snack in the very first place.

For some, just a biscuit or two will do the trick but at times, if there are not many food options,  you might end up snacking on anything that’s available including finishing up a bag of chips! So, to avoid the unnecessary snacking guilt, here are two healthier options with simple ingredients that you could try out and turn them into perfect teatime snacks!
